Okay, I was ao angry these few days because of all the fucking bad service attitude people are offering! Seriously, if you don't want to work, what are you doing there? Please serve with good attitude and show interest in what your doing even though your not because your in a service line. Yes! Though your juz an employee there but so? You are doing this for yourself and if this the way your telling me how you treat your customers, I have to feel so sorry for you that you lack so much of proper education and it also tells me how uncivilised you are. I mean, I know you guys are probably tired or it's time to change shift or something like that? or someone angered your earlier in the day, but so? Isn't it right for you to hide all the shit in yourself and serve whole- heartedly? So your trying to tell me if your angry with someone or your feeling tired you can juz express it to your customers and vent your anger on them? Hello!!!! I'm paying for the fucking service charge and all okay and I really don't know why I deserve all these fucking shit!
If everyone's like that, we really should start considering if the goverment should organise courses like 'please smile' course/ 'I should polite when I serve' course/'I must smile and not offend my customers even though I'm not the boss' course/ 'I know that i'm in a service line' course/ 'I must tolerate consumers attitude because i'm under the mercy of them' course.

And citizens of singapore also should go for the
'i should not stand in the middle of enterance' course/ ' I should learn to say excuse me instead of knocking on people' course / 'I should walk properly and not drag my slippers' course/ ' Learn how to queeue up' course/ ' Be patient to allow the passengers on the mrt to alight first' course / 'do not on my fucking loud music on the bus' course and yea I don't know. This is so annoying.
